DIY Dipped Vase
I found this awesome vase at World Market on clearance for $10. It is normally only a few dollars more than that. There was just a small scratch on one side that didn’t bother me. I took it home but the clear glass just didn’t work anywhere I put it.

I have to say I am pretty excited about my new little office space. As I am sitting here right now, it makes me pretty happy to get work done. The greatest part is that it only cost me $19 because I used a bunch of stuff I already had.

I have been looking forward to this day since we bought this house. Being able to have a keyless entry is a huge bonus for our family. We love not having to worry about keys for our kids or ourselves. The nice part about this DIY upgrade is how fast you can enhance your security and aesthetic.
Gold And White Kitchen
Today is the day I finally get to show you some updates we did to our kitchen. We have lived in this house about nine months and we are constantly still making things ours. If that makes any sense? Mr. Whitelane and I are always changing things and doing projects to make this home feel like it fits our family.

I created this fun cozy spot in our home with my new accent chair from Belleze Furniture. I wanted something comfortable and modern. Just a place to sit and relax, take your shoes off, or read a book. This Isiah Accent Chair met all the criteria.
Chalk Painted Piano
So I painted my piano…..AGAIN! I know it’s still white but what can I say? I love neutral things and this was no exception. I figured I still wanted it to be light and bright. I really tried to choose another color. I thought about other colors like pink, navy, black, and a few more.
My Favorite White Chicken Chili Recipe
Yesterday we had the easiest and best meal you will ever make! I even ate the leftovers for lunch today. I have made this white chicken chili several times and still love it! I put it on in the morning and don’t have to think about it again until it’s time to eat.
Dining Nook With Inmod
I did something fun to freshen up our dining space for after the holidays. I have always wanted a cute little dining nook with a round dining table. I just feel like it is cozy and out of the norm. Most tables we see now days are a rectangle.

Daylight Basement Living Room
The basement living room finally has a place to sit. Not only that, it is pretty much done! I am so excited about how this space turned out. It is the perfect spot to relax and curl up by the fire. Having furniture and decor down here is bringing it all together.

We need help with our farm house exterior! My husband and i are stuck on white. While everyone is telling us to go with color! Any suggestions?

Go with what you really want. Don’t worry about what everyone else wants. Look at Pinterest for pictures of a similar style of your house in white and other colors. After you see pictures, you will know what you are really drawn to. You have to live there. Everyone tried to talk me out of white too. I just love my white exterior, though.
Can you please share the manufacturer of your table and chairs in your kitchen?? Love your style and love white as well!! My kitchen is all white!
The table was a yard sale find that I refinished and painted myself. The chairs are the IKEA Ingolf chairs in white. Thank you so much. White decor is my fav!
