I really thought this day would never come. The day when the last of the brown shag carpet is out of my house. To say I am thrilled would be an understatement. The bright oak design has so many beautiful colors of light grey with hints of beige. It really is the perfect neutral color that pulls cool or warm tones based on the furnishings in your room. I love how the grey lightens everything up but those subtle accents of beige really bring in the warmth that is needed. When I saw the pictures online I knew it would be perfect. I was even more ecstatic when the sample arrived. Yes, you can order samples of all the color options and have them sent to your front door. The Home Depot also has a large variety of samples and displays of the flooring in the store. I wanted this flooring to blend with a variety of colors and styles. Each of our bedrooms is unique and has different decor. Beacon Oak Light was the perfect option that fits right in with each bedroom theme.

It almost looks like real wood. To be honest, it almost feels like the real deal too! This LifeProof Luxury Rigid Vinyl Plank Flooring has an embossed texture. Not ugly fake-looking stuff either. The textures are just the right amount to give the flooring that natural look. The colors and texture are accented by authentic graining that does not disappoint. The low gloss finish really seals the whole look together for a seamless design.

I get the look of real wood with none of the upkeep or work that comes with the real stuff. This flooring is completely waterproof, scratch-resistant, and stain-resistant. You don’t get that with real wood! It’s really a win-win in my design book. The width and size of the locking planks make installation easy while also making the flooring look natural. There is no acclimation required with LifeProof Luxury Rigid Vinyl Plank Flooring either. As soon as you are ready to install you can get right to work. Did I mention the pre-attached underlayment as well? I am telling you this flooring could not be easier and more beautiful to work with. I don’t know why we waited so long to tackle this project.
